You can get good coffee here for good prices.
We tried the pistachio Cantucci, which was unfortunately not fresh.
Great place to grab something quick to eat or have a cup of coffee.
The pizzas were great, the salads even better. You have to order the food or drink at the appropriate counter and then pay to the cashier at the entrance and get back to get your order.
Very nice food in a popular local eatery. Service was extremely pleasant, particularly to a tourist with very little Italian like me.

Good food with a lot of choice, the service isn't perfect

4 and a half stars. Objectively, the bakery produces quality and excellent products, from basic bread to the more refined and complex types, multigrain, etc. Even the rustic pizza, the typical Roman baked one, is crunchy and tasty. Evidently high quality raw materials. Even the confectionery production, although limited to biscuits and some types of cake/tarts, is of the highest level. There is also a small area dedicated to cured meats/dairy products. The bar/cafeteria area has a large room, with dozens of seats for on-site consumption. The spaces are clean and well cared for. The range of yeasts is varied and obviously uses the pastry shop's own production: soft and delicate pastry, intense sweet flavour, easily digestible. Above average coffee. Quick and courteous service. The only downside: the prices, which are all above average. Quality comes at a price. Value for money: very good.
October 2023 update: the production of fresh pasta on site with artisanal hand processing has also been activated.
